  3. Kool poster and I know you Aussie cats throw some great events, but I don't see any place on the poster indicating where the show takes place.

Ryan, Can you please get Eddie to bring some to the next Castlemaine Rod Club meeting or when Bandit calls on you tell him to get some to me so we can help promote the event for you.

My car is basket case-ville. Anyway I'm bringing an old pal who's kinda new to all this hot rod stuff, but talks about Model A's. Hoping for a Hokey-ass brainwashing to occur..

I also went today, such a great turn out! I am definitely going next year in my Falcon, might even camp out, looks like so much more fun having a few drinks etc.

Did not manage to get many pics of the dirt drags today and unfortunately the vintage dirt track speedway was closed. Apparently there was an accident on the friday, some guys barrel rolled there car 1950's style! Nobody hurt though luckily.

Great day on Saturday. Event must be at least 3 times bigger than last year. Great weather helped. Good to see the back gate was used and that security would let you in with a pass as it was so much easier to park there when you did not have a vehicle entered.

Every time this event gets bigger it must be hard on those running the event so my congratulations to all involved.

Camping area was moved or expanded and I am sure a few will need to be towed out come Sunday. Still all part of the fun of a great weekend.

I gathered that it was quite a lot larger than last years turn out, it was quite busy sat afternoon! I think the word is spreading quickly about how good this meeting is.

Only comments I kept on hearing all day and I would have to agree is that the dirt road inside the venue needs to be 2 way traffic, its barely any good for 1 way with all the people around and some of the cars were struggling idling in the heat etc. Other than that, its good stuff, looking forward to next years already!

Needed some dust control and perhaps instead of two way traffic some way to circulate the event as many had trouble getting out against those wanting to come in. Still when the event grows and expands as it has these are things the organisers take on hand for future events and I am sure they are thinking about that now.

Was interesting to see the Grader come in through all the traffic and that was well done as I understand the dirt drag track needed some work so again this was well organised.
I even have a tan and I am sure that would not happen if I was at the event today.

    Great photos by the way.

I was only there for the Saturday, will definitely be up next year for the entire weekend, with a car just not sure what.

Here's a few of my photos, I'll post more on my blog (link in my signature) when I get around to it. I'll post them here too if I remember.
