child restraint seat belts-who sells them?

looking for some 3pt retractable belts to put in the front seat of my truck. i need the one,s that lock up for the child seat. i know i can get some out of a newer used truck, but does anyone sell them new.?

 

Just about all the hot rod catalogs carry them. Julianos comes to mind right off the top of my head.

 

You could put in your own LATCH system mounts. I was never really happy with seat belts holding the car seats in, never seemed to be tight enough.
