Event Coverage Chicagoland Goodguys Pre-Party at HRCC!

Mark your calendars for our 3rd Annual Goodguys Pre-Party at the shop on Thursday, Aug 11! I will lead a cruise from Joliet to the shop, starting at 4pm. Party starts at 6pm, with special musical guests Hot Rod Hucksters and Hillbilly Idle! Hope to see you there!

Followed by Friday night drag racing at Rt 66.,Hot rod parking, open to all cars for test and tune. Special lanes for 72 and older.Sounds like a fun weekend.

 

Next week! The drag racing should be good on Friday too!

I figured it wasn't ford from the cowl but I just stabbed in the dark on the year. Looks like a cool project and all I can say is, am I the only one that can't get his hands on a 4x2 Hemi intake? Geesh they are everywhere now!!!

Thanks to everyone who made it out last night! Lots of kick ass cars that we had never seen before! Good times with great folks. Thanks to Hillbilly Idle who tore it up as usual. And we (Hucksters) weren't too bad either!

Cool shop. Good music. Some of the fabrication I saw in the shop was pretty badass - I was impressed.
