Howdy all! I've got a '51 Sport coupe that had no interior when I got it. I installed some junkyard buckets in order to get it on the road, but I've been looking around for some stock seats. I have a chance to get the seats out of a '50 Fleetline 2 door sedan. I know that the front seat is the same but can anyone here tell me if the rear seat out of a Fleetline will fit correctly in a '51 Styleline coupe? Thanks in advance! Ed 51chevcoupe
i put the tijuana upholstered seats from a 52 2dr sdn into my 49 2dr fleetline in '61, as I remember, the back seat wasn't really correct, but it was close enough for me...
Hell, a '64 Pontiac fullsize lower back seat will fit in there, as long as it's cut to clear the wheel houses you can use any back seat you want. I saved the cover off the upper Pontiac to put on whatever does end up in there.
