Cherry pie update.. It makes me want quit thinking I know how to build cars!

This is going to be another one of those cars that gets copied... leaving most to wonder why it looks the way it does.

i've thought about the build.....it was going to one of those throw together cars.then, i picked up the june1960 HotRod(the chuck krikorian car on the cover).i said,fuck that's what i want...so,now i'm making arragments to chrome the frame,rearend,and any thingelse.everything will be painted,flaked,plated and chromed.

it will be driven,steered over the windshield header like a roadster.it'll be two seater with a healthy hydrostick between two seats.it will be a show car.it will get driven though.

i'm waiting on my from bob wilson about my quick change.then i can hang the rearend.i can't wait till it's roller.i'll get motomouth to push me around the parking lot.

I do not envy the chrome bill. I was quoted $1400 last weekend to chrome my rear... Ouch.. but with it hanging in the wind, I really want it done...

Can only imange what a frame would cost to plate

 

Man thats going to be an awesome rod. I love radically chopped 'Ts (thats the next rod Im going to do). That cowl is perfect too! When the light is right, and under the right conditions, maybe, just maybe you can just get a glimpse out that windshield!
