Event Coverage Check out these Beaver shots!!!

Hot Summer Nights Cruise. On the first Saturday in August the town of Beaver, Pa holds their yearly cruise. This isn't your typical town, there are no Walmarts,Kmarts or Walgreens. All along the brick sidewalks are dozens of Mom and Pop stores. There is a big city park that spans either side of the road.
At about 1:00 pm they shut down main street( which is about 3/4 of a mile ) to all traffic except cruisers. There is a different DJ on every block This town gets filled to the gills with all kinds of great cars. Around 2000 cars they say. It's a great time. Here are some of the cars that caught my eye. Now there's some "click bait" I can get used to. My fave was the Chrysler with the stacks (which is my least favorite make.) I must be coming down with something.

Well, that was my second thought. Rented a houseboat for a week near Gananoque at Thousand Islands and hired a pilot to take the family up in a 1950's Beaver. One of the best plane rides I have ever been on.
