Pic of my son’s “A” Modified.
Feel free to to post your pics!
A few pics...including a very slick Chevy Deuce Sedan Hiboy!
I stopped by for a couple of hours, My Comet was too new to participate so it stayed home. (‘63 and older on the flyer)
The Deuce sedan was extremely nice, straight body and traditional suspension. ( front spreader bar?)
The T roadster was very low and very loud, no mufflers just pipes.
The ‘36 three window belongs to Joe M., he did the interior using old furniture to source the leather, too cool.
Does anyone know the date of the swap meet in Sept ?
Great pics! Hope there are more.
Nice - thanks for posting.....
Saw this cruising down Layton Ave. , while eating a burger at the “Nite-Owl” on our way to “Cheaterama”!
Here are a few that I liked
Always good stuff at Cheaterama ! Thanks for sharing
Excellent proportions on this little modified. Lots of well done cars there.
Cool - Thanks
The black three window is a barn find, well garage find really but it was the second car show it was at in over 50 years. It still had 50 year old dust on it.
i love that little A!
The hallock windshield is the cherry on top! Must run in the family, Boner.
Any more pics of your sons car on the Hamb? I have a 'jones' for building an A like this, with maybe a little bed in back.
Can't believe I still have been to this show.
"Cheaterama" but no rat rods?
Still waiting to hear from someone about the date for the swap meet this month. Anyone from the club ?
Thanks for posting......
I’m hearing that it is actually Sunday October 3rd. Oh, and you spelled Swap Meat wrong!
Thanks A Boner,
Didn't want to miss it I had pretty good luck last time. Oh, and I guess I still spell like a flatlander, hahaha
No other pics on the H.A.M.B....here are a couple though. The 28-29 RDSTR PU body has a curved “T” back panel replacing the stock flat back “A” panel. Lots of extra interior room, and looks great too!
At their last swap meat, the Cheaters had a sign out by the road that said, “SWAP MEAT”...just thought that was really funny...and about their speed!
Thanks A boner, i love it
Found a pic!
This show is a premier early cars in traditional treatments event. Thanx for sharing this great view of classics.
