Cheaterama 14 official post!

Due to circumstances beyond our control the celebration of goodness known as "CHEATERAMA" has been moved to a new, LARGER location!

The Cheaters Car Club and its members owe an immeasurable debt of gratitude to the NITE OWL Diner and the Roepke family for the wonderful partnership, support and hospitality over the years.

Our show has been moved to "THE TERMINAL" Restaurant & Bar 5917 South Howell Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53207. As a point of reference it is adjacent to both The Landmark bar and grill & the Airport Lounge Gentleman's club....... BONUS!

The new LARGER location is conveniently located only a short distance from the original hot spot, now on the west side of our little airport known as General Billy Mitchell International.

This new location offers a CONSIDERABLY LARGER amount of space for show car parking, in addition it has plenty of space for spectator parking.

"The TERMINAL" is a converted trucking terminal from the late 1950's that offers a killer vibe with vintage Milwaukee memorabilia based decor & industrial style architecture. They offer fantastic Food & Drink....... the place is bitchin, basically.

As always $5 lousy bucks & spectators are FREE and encouraged. Plus this year will have Live Entertainment from Milwaukee's very own "The Rustbelt Boys". These rock & roll idols of millions offer a traditional rockabilly sound that you can bug out to!


We thank you all for your support over the years and promise to bring a fun car show with same great traditional cars that you have come to expect. Cheaterama is a true hot rod and custom car show. It wouldn't be possible without you folks. Hope to see you there...... and remember.

About 5 Years ago my wife and I stopped at the show while in Milw.

I was blowen away at the cars and stars, going to the show made me get off of my ass and get a 29 Coupe to work on after seen some of the best cars in the state.

It is the best show and people that make it so!

Two more weeks yeah

 

Weather is pretty stable in the forecast. Bring your camera, this show has a lot of spot on ride's.

 

^^As I watched the forecast this evening I thought to myself, I hope the weather holds out for Cheaterama.
I've only brought my Model A to 2 shows this year...wtf! As I walk past it in the garage I hear it growl at me from under its cover. Today it threw a lug nut at me and muttered...."cheaterama you prick". I think my Model A is trying to tell me something.

 

Can't wait to be part of the madness called Cheaterama! Hope to see you Carl and the boys Saturday evening for our Ace's summer bash. Wouldn't be a proper, I'm sorry propa, Milwaukee hot rod event without the Cheaters. Bands start at 8, so chop that top quick.
