This is a Halibrand National magnesium midget quickchange. All magnesium - case and rear cover - side bells are not included. In extremely nice condition (has the cleanest inside of any used quickchange I have ever seen). Not sure why, but someone has clearanced the case for what looks like as oversized retainer for the pinion gear. This clearancing has opened up two of the rear cover stud threaded holes, making the studs difficult to seat - see pics. A machinist can fix these two holes with no issues. $450 US plus shipping.
