Just tell her not to push it too hard. Bones take some time to heal properly. We know a lady who broke her wrist and took off the splint too early because it was uncomfortable and now her wrist is all mucked up.

  13. I'd love to have that car with a blown flathead in it!

  14. Great news on Beth - she is a strong woman and I'm glad the surgery worked out. Tell her to lay low a bit and not push it too hard (cause that is what we all try to do).

Well it's be a long winter, spent time paying doc bills and letting Beth's neck heal up, did a bunch of work on her blower set up , got some brakes , A new style starter, I really didn't like this type blower But it kinda grows on ya , has a real homebuilt look, Hell it should, all the pieces are hand made, Started by pluging lower oil holes to keep the oil in the end plates, layed out an adapter the the scott carb, figured out a drive shaft for the blower drive , then machined a blower drive housing, moved thr hauler out of the shop to work on the car, Thought the snow was over this was last night, But here's a bunch of pics 102_0137.jpg 102_0178.jpg 102_0131.jpg 102_0132.jpg 102_0097.jpg 102_0098.jpg 102_0096.jpg

Thanks Carl, and Yes she's always in tune with the dogs,It's the sing along with Beth hour

Thanks Being a cheap ass forces a person to make their own parts, plus the pleasure of knowing you built them

Thanks Randy, I'm already rethinking the fuel deal the 4-53 blower doesn't leave alot of room, might have to built a dual carb deal like one of those slingshot deals, Also do you think I should tie into the oil pressure line off the motor or just do an oil bath for the front and back plates? right now it's setup to do either...
