ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1382311579.687862.jpg its going over the original A frame. Few questions. Do I literally just take my grinder to the subfloor and cut everything that's left out? Is there any other supporting I should do before I begin to cut? I'd like to get it right the first time

  2. Looks like you have it braced up pretty good. You could channel it a couple of ways. You can cut it so the body will drop over the frame then weld the original floor back together. Or cut it all out and make new sub rails and floor pans from scratch. If you check my build thread you can see how I made my floor in my Model A.

Thanks tudor. Your build answered my questions. It's damn near exactly what I'm wanting to do with my tudor.
