  1. Here are a few pics I took of the hood. It was an honor to do something on this fine machine.

Kev, Your louver die punches a great shape. I'm sure Casny wouldn't want anyone else punching holes in his hood. Great car!!!!!!! Looking forward to the completion.

Whoa....Neat car, nice and simple. I alway like the old little mag covers that were colorized, and some of candy painted cars kinda popped off the cover........Yours has that look. I can see it featured, pics from a ladder, hood laid to the side, you leaning over it wrenching on nothing!

Hey, Chris, I talked to you at Top Notch when you, the Barber, and Dreddybear motored in that night. Next time you are in town, you might check out the top on Eddie Baumann's '29. It really compliments his car. I believe Rodder's Journal did a piece on it a while back. Orr's top looks real right, too. Hope you can make the '14 REVOLUTION.

    I remember ya Gary.
I'm still mocking up the top. I'm doin' a much more aggressive chop than the roadster pictured in the last post.
The Revolution is happening this year? I haven't heard anything yet.

Ryan normally doesn't let the cat out of the bag on that deal until late September or early October. This is about the point where everyone starts to get anxious and check the HAMB every couple hours for updates on the show.

.. I can't be the only one. Right?

  17. Man, every time this thread pops up....I get twitchy, sweaty....nervous excited. Hell, last time I had to peek at your Instagram....just because......and I am totally anti-Facebook/tech and similar usually. I dunno' what is going thru your daily activities....but I am always looking forward to whatever it is that makes your car gears flutter. You sir.....do some damn fine fukn' tinkering.

sez: KQQL ... you have already come a long way from your pile of vintage tin. I look forward to following this build and trust you will post lots of photos and detailed descriptions as you did with the coupe j.o.

The interior is coming along nicely, as is the rest of the roadster.
