Looks great to me and there is a lot of traditional looking glass bodied hot rods here. HRP

 

I'm late adding this, but I think it's relevant. The first time I encountered the term "rake" was in this article from Hop Up, August 1952:

Read the fourth paragraph on the first page of the article. The author comments on the chassis "rake" (his quotes), using it as a descriptive word rather than the name of a style.

Another article from the same period, that I can't find right now on this '40...

...also commented on its attitude, but I don't remember whether it was referred to as "rake".

By the time I entered high school in 1954, half the '40s around had this stance, and the term "rake" was in common usage.

Relaxed stink bug position is more gasser, taildragger style

I think 50Fraud has hit the rake on the stink with the rod n custom story there however. I don't know if what shes holding is burning but it is probably melting. You know the old saying where there is heat there may be fire so come prepared...

My Nomad has a slight rake, more so when there's not a full tank of gas and a bunch of crap in the back for a trip! LoL!

 

Always wanted to see one of those Packards dumped low in the front! Great look.
