My friend passed away and we have been finishing his Merc to sell for his wife and also clearing out stuff in the garage. I was wondering if anyone knows what these are? They look like tail fin chrome similar to Packard. They have 53 stamped inside and also the size of the holes required and mounting stud size so I'm wondering if they are an aftermarket or accessory item. They are chrome - the color is just a reflection from the wall.
