Folks Of Interest Can you ID this pinstriper?

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by southerncad, Aug 6, 2015.

  1. You pay for the name in pin strippers not the lines. Look at it this way if Picasso and beaner both drew a pic of a lady cooking fried eggs both were abstract and out of proportion which one would you pay the most for, the beaner you would expect for free and Picasso you would expect to give more the a million.

Art is funny stuff, it is more then just skill.

Considering adding in a 3 hour drive your price wasnt bad at all.
The top hat is a pretty cool touch to a striping outfit. Now I have to watch his video, sounds like those who knew him had a high regard.

500 isn't bad, and regardless if it took an hour or ten hours your paying for the product not the hours.

Would you feel better paying twice as much because he took twice as long? The next time your at a show take a critical eye to the pinstriping you see and you'll quickly see the difference between a $50 job a $250 job and a $500 job.

Id gladly pay more to know it was going to be done perfect.

That video was great. Music was a little "eh" but with the sound off it was sort of hypnotising. Serious skill there...

And HRP, weird that you knew how he took his clothes off....
