Hi again! This was posted on the Model Car Magazine forum by member Kurt Womack; it's his father Lester Womack and his aunt sometime before WWII in the cut-down vehicle he used to race around Prescott, AZ:

Any educated guesses as to the make and year? So far the suggestions favor late-20s Nash; I'm not sure because of the position of the mounting hole for the cowl light (too far forward). I thought maybe a Studebaker but it has the same issue.
So, over to the experts...? Thanks!

    Bump for the weekend.

  4. Did Nash have twin ignition 4 cylinders or just the 6 with twin ignition ? Reason being i see half of the distributor cap full with 4 wires, so the other side must have 4 . Also the big vacuum tank or is it for the automatic chassis lubrication that Nash also had ?

Looks like some kind of straight eight, mid 20s car cut down to make a truck. I bet the guys at the AACA forum could identify it in under an hour.

I hope in the future someone will make a site on the internet where pictures of every car can be found by simply typing in the make and year. that would be cool. they could call it Google Images.:p
