Can I legally start to repop an old car part to sell

Panels are a serious pain, even flat panels are a pain in the butt to model and send out for even just trim and punch.

But if its a mount or trim piece you could crank it out in CAD in a afternoon and 3d print and send it out for a quick pour pretty darn cheap or make a investment casting and go from there.
