construction says 1928 or older...
looks a little flimsy... sparce re-enforcement...
older guy had a Star, it was very flimsy...

Could this be a 1928 Durant

 

Could be European, FIAT, Renault, Peugeot. It has provision for LHD pedals and steering column through the floor but that is blocked of for LHD. Hell, it could even be Lancia or Alfa or Amilcar.

 

Then there were plenty of British manufacturers that sent cars to Australia / New Zealand / Europe. Hence the LHD/ RHD pedal slots. How about this Morris Cowley Bullnose.
