I have a solenoid for a cushman husky engine and its casing is cracked. Can it be repaired or should I buy another one?

If it functions, and the crack does not go into something like the pin a lever works on, it can probably be patched. Lightly toast it (2 days on water heater top, perhaps) to be sure it is dry inside, patch crack with one of the epoxies like jB weld to support it and keep out water and dirt. But start looking for a new one...
