What is the narrowest wheel I can use upfront on a 55 chevy with a 2 inch dropped spindle and a disc brake conversion? I have 4 15X6's two I am using out back and like them, but would like to go with 15X5 upfront, can it be done?
    Thanx.

  2. The stock 15X5's clear a disc brake kit as long you don't get one of those huge brake kits. It's the 14 inch wheels that can have problems.

I've got the stock 15X5's on the front my 55 and I also have a disc brake kit too. See the pictures in my profile it you want to see a few pictures.

I had 15X5's on front and it cleared the disc brakes, but it was a retro kit from MP.
