cali people

im planning to go to california for a week in May, the days im going happens to land on the dates for the Santa Maria show im definately going to check that out, but is there anything else to do in that week before or after Santa Maria? Im basically trying to plan if I want to go to Cali from May 18-25 or 22-29 or something like that...
