Technical C-6 trans to a 4r70w trans in a F-100

In my 1954 F-100 going from a C-6 to a 4R70W trans with 302 and a Explorer rear any problems I will have with my C-4--C-6 trans mount used now or any other problems you ran into-- - Thanks
