    I like it, the flake, the nailhead, moving the rear axle up like a fuel altered, it all works.

    Hey man, I've had people tell me the spacetruck looked better before I hacked it up. Some dude even came up to my wife at the pileup and she said he was almost in tears because I cut up a perfectly good buick. Fuck 'em. [​IMG]

    Where's Ernie in those pictures?

    Here's my take:

    He took a car and took away all of the value that the more common masses might have seen - Good bright work, nice yellow paint, etc... And he took this $$$ hit just to have the car "his way".

    I dig it.

    Ryan...thats it in a nutshell. I sold all the stuff that wasn't me and used the $ to make it the way I wanted it.

    And thanks again to everyone for the props. I wasn't looking for a pat on the back. I just felt I could finally contribute something other than smart comments. [​IMG]

    Ya know, I think that the wheel/tire thing provoked most of the negative response.

    To me, it has a "drag strip refugee" look, like ya just yanked the street tires and put on the racing slicks for a couple of quick passes. Way cool.
