  4. Austin's header needs a little work on the passenger side. It would be real easy to glue a piece of wood in it but it can also be stiffened with a little piece of 18 gauge.

Yeah mine too. I think I’ll make a new “nose” and splice it in. And then find a spot on the A pillar/door top that is metal and run a tube side to side.

lol might be a good spot for an oh shit handle in Austin’s now that the roof is so low!

IMG_6924.JPG got my scrap to build a nerf bar. Gonna build it a little more square than the norm. Feel like it will fit the sedan shape a little more natural.

IMG_6951.JPG IMG_6950.JPG IMG_6949.JPG well she’s all stuck back together in one piece :) pretty happy with her. Gave the corners a relief cut and got the corners all squared up and seams filled. Time to sit back and smile for a bit

You can use that T frame but widen it a bit...

Yeah? As for now it’s just gonna be my holder to keep all my roadster parts together but I’ll keep that in mind. What’s the reason behind doing that?

Imagine how tight the engine, steering, starter, headers, pedals to trans is on your A.

now make it 6-8 inches narrower.

That’s a fact. On my T bucket build, I replaced all the cross members and made the frame wider to accommodate the guys. It’s so tight on my 27 roadster that sometimes the starter rubs the inside of the frame.
I originally planned to use a manual transmission in the 27, but didn’t have room for the pedals. As it is, there are a couple of tabs on the transmission that had to be removed to clear.

39773DBF-22DF-4054-9E4A-309528514548.jpg well she sits real mean like. But I’m needing rockers all the way around excluding the back of car. You guys got any ideas on best bang for your buck on patch panels?

IMG_8146.JPG IMG_8147.JPG IMG_8143.JPG well came home and set the new manifold on. Had to wait on bolting it down. The old gasket ripped and needed to be replaced anyway. Also got the new AA Ford logo in the grill as well. She’s looking more like a hotrod everyday. Think about buying these repop edmunds filters for my 94s IMG_8151.JPG

Thanks @Stogy I’m very itchy. It’s looking like a real hotrod now. It’s almost like I planned in my head. Very excited.
