I picked up this old seat yesterday and am looking for a matching one. The guy I bought it from said it was the drivers seat from an old bus. Anyone able to tell me more as to what it actually is? I've seen similar ones on ebay from 50s panel trucks or equipment. Otherwise I may need to just use it as a pattern and fab a matching one. The seat is 19" wide and the back is 24" tall.

    It'll be going in this.

OK. Good to know. Car was built in 1953-1954 so that's the right era.
