Event Coverage Burnin' Rubber Through History Photos

Burnin' Rubber Through History was a one time event this weekend to honor the 70th anniversary of the Denver Timing Association. A lot of great cars showed up and a lot of people from out of town that I didn't expect were also there. There were free cookies all day and overall the event was a blast. Due to the venue and layout, most of my pictures are going to be just average since I didn't want to delay them and most of them would be impossible to really clean up anyway. So enjoy...

Not that this event needed anything to make it better, but how about getting free gourmet cookies brought to you all day. Here Amy Nicholas (top picture) of Hot Rod Hill Climb and Hot Rod Dirt Drags fame and her crew pose with Larry Filipczak. They made their cookie girl outfits just for this event.
