Thanks, The last pics loaded a little crazy. But the rest seem to be in order. For some reason they're bigger than i want. Haven't figured that out yet....

Picture size is perfect I like em that size so I can see all that detail work. What you need to do is after you write your first line of text then enter to go down to the next line then paste in your pics.

Any way this build is so bad ass I love Chevy II's and this one looks like its heading up the list of my favorite builds!
And thanks for the frame building how to you'r putting together here!

    AWESOME!

Hope you drop by Gene's shop also today Quain.
Love to see a couple of cellphone pics of the Moonlighters new front stance, and maybe a heads up on what he's up to these days.

Great looking work on the Chevy II Chris. I showed the original pic of it to my wife and she said it was hopeless and needs to be sold for scrap. I told her you would build it into a beautiful bad ass gasser and prove her wrong ... lol.

  14. Chris,I'm late to the party but I finally got here!

I remember seeing the clapped out Chevy II out beside the shop,,it sure looks different than the last time I saw it and you have come a long way in a short period of time.

I really enjoyed getting together this afternoon with most of the Moonlighter crew, some of the guys I haven't seen since the grand unveiling at Greer.

I plan on dropping by your shop Monday to see the Chevy II first time. HRP

Repaired around tail light. Remember all this was crushed in when we got the car.

We are close to sanding down the car and putting in sealer primer... And getting the body on the chassis and start cage...

Sorry, I couldn't make it last night. We had a surprise party for my grandson who's starting college in 2 weeks. That's the day of the gassers at Ware Shoals, I might miss that too.

Are you going to be using sliders on the rear axels?

Motor mid plate came in yesterday. Sometimes it's cheaper to buy than build. I couldn't build a mid plate for 42.00 bucks......
So we got the mock up motor and trans set in tonight before I left. Motor is close to being in place. A little more adjusting and we can start welding in place. And when i got home the solid motor mount were just dropped off by the ups man...
