Hot Rods Buick drums on banjo rear?

Has anyone done a tech on putting Buick drums on a banjo rear? It seems the steps would be the same as the front, use the Ford hub and mate it to the Buick drum, and possibly machine the lip off of the Buick drum also. Is there something else I'm missing? Thanks!

 

Have me curious, however I believe there would need to be much more machine work involved.

 

What extra machine work are you thinking about?
