Bringing A Car Into The U.S. From Canada ?

Guys,

I'm looking at a car in Canada but have never dealt with the ordeal of crossing the boarder, (nor has the current owner). Does anyone have any experience or advice they can share. I am a complete babe in the woods on this topic and don't want a ridiculous tariff to ruin an other wise reasonable deal.

It has a clear title but is not a cheap car.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
