Hi guys, Am really struggling to imagine an interior color for my under construction 32 Tudor. Exterior will be a bright (not Lime) green, I have seen many with black or white interiors but not much else. Anyone got pics of maroon, red or really dark green with this color exterior?
    Any help appreciated
    Cheers Ian

I think tan or white would look nice - Maybe some green piping on the white interior to tie it all in but, what do I know??? - L7

white for a traditional build. i once saw an ot car that was bright green and had just the right shade of blue interior. looked great, for a street rod.

  11. White or black always works, I would go with palomino.

Green, even a half shade off, is going to look like you "missed". Green in a perfect match might well be too much of a good thing. Though you might be able to use a really dark oxblood, any lighter red will look a lot like Christmas. The "universal" colors are white, black, tan and grey.
Please be aware however, that ALL my taste is in my mouth.

  16. In my green wagon, i am going white/forest green with light green on the garnish.
I was struggling with it, and pulled the black vinyl from my doors.
there was almost the exact colors on the factory door panels.
    weird!

White with green piping or dark ox blood. Bright green is hard to work with but white works well

Know it sounds weird, but white with purple piping looks great. See BigFinCad here on the hamb with his 60 Caddy. Don't know if he has any pics uploaded, but he could probably send you some.

  21. White, black, green, brown, gold, copper, tan, grey, certain shades of blue/turquise (get a color wheel or a woman with some fashion sense for a second opinion), maybe some purples even... I'd avoid reds for the same reason mentioned previously, you don't want it to look like Santa Claus' other ride....

...although, I once painted a model car bright green, then painted the interior pink with black spots - like the inside of a watermelon, kind of, so I suppose that could be an option too.

I suspect a '50s traditional car would either be black, or white/white and green in some combo, though, and no one complaining about how many naugas you had to kill to get the hyde for it either.
