A great little project with my nephew. He is from So Cal and him and I went to "Cars and Coffee" when I was out there and he likes Hot Rods. With a little supervision he learned to use the drill press, run a tap, polish metal and the general satisfaction of a job well done. No ground-breaking technology here, but thought I would share. The knuckles are strapped to the propane tank to match the seat curve by tapping with a mallet. Scott...and "Wing Man" Devin doing all the work.
Come on. Did you actually sit in it to see if it digs into your back? Rates right up there with maltese crosses,spiderwebs and crying babydolls at car shows. Sorry. Just a bit cheesy in my opinion. Brass knuckles have no place in a hotrod. Try to encourage the lad with good taste not bad.
