i have a 41 chevy coupe the right door opening was a 1/4 inch too small as the cowl on the right front was pushed back from a crash somewhere over the years. i cut the cowl loose from the rocker panel and with a porta power was able to move cowl forward and door now fits nice front and rear, however two remaing problems the right windshield post in front of door is also back about a 1/8 inch needs to be pushed forward. i am a bit worried about useing a porta power at the top of the door opening to try and push the post forward a little. any ideas would be appreciated. also from moveing the right side of the cowl forward a 1/4 inch the firewall flat area where heater bolts in has a slight bow in probably stress from moveing cowl. any ideas on this would really help. thanks
