After following this thread for years, never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would actually see the Broiler.....but through a strange series of events involving my youngest son being diagnosed with Leukemia, I found myself in So-Cal for a few days. While there, I looked up the Broiler, stopped in and had lunch, and bought some shirts and paraphernaila. It was awesome.

Thanks for posting this great photo of Bill Hines.
Stay tuned everyone...we're hoping to have Bill out again for his 91st birthday celebration.
My dad was always a fan of Mr. Hines. I'd like to meet him, but I'll be at the HotRod Homecoming, that wknd. Darn!
You can always do both since that is a two day event and Bill is on 91 once. I also was trying to make it to the HRH. May just do the Sunday portion
Midnight, sorry none us didn't catch your question sooner.
I committed to helping Jim(Stan Back)the whole wknd. Plus Saturday, I also have the Road Runners banquet. Hopefully next year, it happens to work out.. I'll be there!
Just letting you know that due to events and schedule conflicts we've had to postpone Bill's birthday party :-(
We love you Bill and will catch you later! All of us wish you a wonderful 91st with many many more to come!!!!

It is in our archives, along with many of the newspaper articles and magazine coverage. We have been looking to be able to display the memorabilia that we have and have to find a spot where all can see/read and appreciate what has been rebuilt through many facets of communication. Thank you Kent. Please drop in again soon.
A friend of mine and I hit the Broiler yesterday for lunch. They had a lot of people, so it looks like it's real popular with the locals.
"Millions Dollar Smile Lindsey" took our order and my buddy and I had a great time. His Corvette club goes their often.
Thanx everyone who made it out last night, we had a couple of different waves of cars!!! I know that with there being the Del Mar Deal, and The Austin TX, show, that many people have different choices, so THANK YOU! You're the BEST!
