History Bob's Big Boy Broiler Opens In Downey!

I just got wind of a Tridents Inc. cruise/show/party at the Broiler on May 22st from 3:00 on.

 

Things have been quiet here. Is tonite happening ?

 

Yup, we're having it tonite, so c'mon out.

 

Don't know about the weather on Weds? I'll be at the Broiler just the same.
Let me know if anyone is dropping in from out of town while attending the GNRS.

 

I am picking my Pop's up from the Airport at noon, we pass by for lunch on Wednesday!

 

There are plans for a HAMB meet and greet on Friday night.

Got to see Johnny Gee's 56 up close. Love it! Loved it more as it effortlessly spun the tires going down Firestone Blvd. That was nice

64sled, not all that great. Had a good time talking with Groucho and freinds. Also did the Broiler.

The Broiler was nutsss tonigh. The lowriders came out with some incredible 64's.

I got there @ 6:30 and the place was full. Got to talking and didn't leave until @ 9:45.
There were still cars there when I left.

Where are all the hot rods? My RPU and a Model A tudor were the only ones there last night.

The Saturday deal is for guys who can't make the Weds cruise, but I haven't seen the guys who wanted out in force, I know it's still winter,but at least we don't have 3' of snow to be plowing through to get here .
Don't forget to come on out on Sunday for the Sweethearts cruise. 2-6 pm is what Jim put on the flyer. I should be hangin around .
There's also a DUKE'S Car Club show on Sat Morning in the back lot and @ 11am Some Metro's are coming in for lunch if ya like those as well.

Just got back from the Broiler. Not very many cars tonite but i spent alot of time talking with Kevin. Kevin posted earlier this week about those of you that asked for sat. nite, whats up come on down.

 

Who's planning on attening the sweetheart's cruise today? The wife and I are going and Cruzr and 32 Gal will be there. But don't let me going discourage you from going.

 

My wife and I will be bringing the Model A to today's cruise.
