I want to see pics of 34 coupes with 6/71 blowers.I,m building a 34 here and it was going to be my first rod without a blower but I think I,m going to have to get another one, just love the look and all the noise, plus the perfomance. Was going to run 6 x 97s on a Dragstar manifold but just can,t stop thinking about those 6/71s.
The 2 baddest sounding fuelers of all time was the 554 coupe & Christman's first blown Comet As they both had the exhaust pipes running straight back under the rear end And boy did they sound off with a good load of nitro, in the small start up area at the Beach that sound was ' Priceless ' The 554 might have been too much trouble working on the car , so they changed the long pipes to like you see in the pic above G Don

Here's a few. I love 33/34 Ford coupes. Wish I had one. This one has a 4-71 blower, but you get the idea.
Nothing wrong with that 6 carb motor. Run it for a while and add a blower later if you still want one.
There,s nothing inside the engine yet as you can see by the crazy angle of the bottom pulley which was just poked in the timing cover for the picture.
