Blower info ?

    can anyone tell me what kind of blower this is, i havent seen one with all that gearing in the front

  2. 6/53 at a guess- it'd be of a GM diesel v6 - there's one near me in a shed.

    Its for a Detroit V-series. They are difficult to convert to gas engine because of the way they attach to the engine. No thru bolts or side bolts like a straight 53-71 series. The gear unit comes off and belt drive converted. I have one in the shop window for a SBC. Adapted to an intake manifold with 1/2" aluminum plate.

  5. looks like a 6v92 blower no know adapters that i know of
