ZZ Top was always one of my favorite bands. I've gotta say, I liked their old more blues-inspired stuff the best, over the space-age stuff out of the 80's-90's . The most recent stuff seems to be going back to their roots, IMHO. A smart move. Long live ZZ !

    Happy b-day to Billy !

It's nice to see the young man still making music. His wife is super nice and a real car gal too.

  20. Another BFG fan here. Favorites are Mexican Blackbird and Can't Stop Rockin';the highest intensity guitar I have ever heard. I listened to with headphones and my ears were buzzing for a day! Happy Birthday Billy. Seems to me I heard somewhere he is a pretty fair pinstriper as well.

    Happy birthday Rev.
When Tres Hombes came out, I wore out the 8 track in a weeks time. Immediately bought another.
Between the Rev & Roy, I mastered the pinch harmonic, and amazed my friends. :D (thanks Rev)

It's been 35 yrs. since you had "Pedro & Yake's" build you a chassis for that iconic piece of MTV History, I was fortunate enough to see it many times when it was being created. As a guitar player and hot rodder you know I have to love Mr. Billy G. I've written more than one tune not so secretly inspired by just got paid. My favorite ZZ line... " I could tell that they was mine... from the oil and gasoline"
    Happy Birthday Rev.
