Event Coverage BILLETPROOF PICS !! hot off the presses...

It was a sweet little roadster with the top up. It was owned by a really cool guy who had a wheelchair, I forgot his name It was parked somewhat near the Gearhead booth. I got a pic but am waiting for batteries to charge

 

Wow, thanks for the pics. This show is ANOTHER reason i need to move back up north...

 

His name is Lee. He was blown away by the award, thank you guys.

Thank you Sean, I talked with Lee for about half an hour and couldn't say no, the truck was perfect, he is an outstanding guy and one had such a love for that truck and he couldn't say enough about you guys as his club brothers!


And as far as where we were, we had another car broke down on the middle of highway 116 so we had to book out early, same thing happened last year when one of us left early!

That's the one that got away!,From me that is,LOL!!! It was built by PapaWolf's buddy,Paul,who owns that bitchin,candy red DeSoto. If you look closely.the hubs,engine and dash are painted with the same red paint...

 

this is a guy from my club, we werent sure it was gonna make it...a coupe weeks back it back fired out of the carb and caught the hood liner on fire while he was driving to work....torched the hood and fenders! but because hes determined to get it there....there it was

 

That green shoebox was a very close contender for best of show....great car!

 

The is the only Billetproof I have ever missed.... looks like it was a good one too.

^^^^ I don't know how that guy can drive that coupe... I looked inside and out the windshield it's about 4" tall in the center. looks cool.. but not something I would do.

All the pics are great~Thanks for sharing. There were a great mix of Customs & Hot Rods all together for this show. These are the type of shows I just love to go to. Everyone is low key just out having a good time! Respect & Support one another and what we are all doing to build up the culture not knock it down.
