  3. What the?? Why is my car in the shop?! :D guess it's time to get started on this floor project. 2nd generation chevelle pans in a 60 elco? Yeah, it'll work;) 20211201_174935.jpg 20211201_174941.jpg

  5. I've got a stack of 12"x48" 16g metal that I'm gonna make new inner rockers with. And I've got 2X3" box tube to make floor supports with. Then I'll have to fill that gap down the center. Seems like it's gonna work, only issue i see is the gas pedal placement. But I have a couple of sledge hammers and a torch ;)

  6. Makes me kinda happy. And no my wheels don't show :p 20211201_200913.jpg

  7. Messing around with the quarter panels. Found these patches online, doesn't seem like many companies are making them. Here's the outfit that had them in stock. Pretty heavy gauge stuff. 20211202_132146.jpg 20211202_130541.jpg

Is there some kind of dress code here that we haven't heard about? If not, let's keep our comments on track, please.

Truth be known, only color I ever put on a steel wheel was black.
    I’m kinda boring like that.

Hey, would 14’s work for you up front? I have 3 14inch slots but I think they might be 8 inches wide. They still have G60’s on them.
You can have two for the princely sum of shipping.

  20. I appreciate it budge, I've already bought new tires all the way around. I think the front wheels on it are 4"? wide. Gotta be skinny on the front! I'm finding all kinds of 14" wheels. And I'm not into paying stupid money for a set of 15". Something will turn up eventually. But I really appreciate the offer!

Great, a slushbox in that cool '60 would be a ''near miss''.
    4 speed = home run!
