If you have to just to get it on the trailer put the bigs on the front.
That's genius gump! Never thought about that Betcha there'd be a hundred pictures of it online, going down the interstate, saying "look what this fucking idiot did!" Lmao! But if that's what I need to do then that's what I'll do! Thanks man
What’s the issue with the set leaning against it? Look like all are holding air. Not part of the deal?
Nope. And I think they're 6 lug
I see. Have the fellow check and see if you’d run into interference with anything with the 4inch back space up front, might want to pick up some cheapo wheel spacers just in case
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh boy. This is gonna be fun.I`ll saddle up and go along for the ride.Have a safe trip.
Good luck.Have fun.Be safe.
You know I would Bro, but my ass doesn't go much above I40 anymore!
I know man lol. Gonna be a while before I start buying trim anyhow
If 59 windshield trim will work, I know where that is. If the guy will part with it.
$400 for the bed trim set.
No WS trim.
Has a good back glass for $125
I’m checking on the WS trim from another source.
Lmao! You're fast! We'll see what he has when I get the car home. Thanks Anthony! I think the windshield trim is the same.
That is so nice of you, searching for parts so early in the build. Bob
Just starting following this thread. Happy for you buddy for getting your dream car. You’ll be like a dog with two dicks.

Plans are laid. If it all goes smooth I'll have it on my property on the 5th
If that includes the piece on top of the tailgate, that's an insane good deal, like the kind of a deal you should not pass up if you need it. Not bad for the rear glass either.
Ah it'll have to wait. Car ain't even home yet and that part of the build will be a couple of years down the road
The guy said all bed top trim.
Should also be the tailgate. can find out if ya need it
Hold off right now brother, once I get it home I'll have an idea of what I'm gonna be able to do and which direction to go. Thanks man
I don't personally need it, but I have a bit of experience with these, and that tailgate molding regularly sells for that price, I think for a whole set that's a really good deal.
That price is so good you want to do what you can to get it while it is available, in a couple of years it may cost a lot more, if you can find a set when you are ready for it!
Alright my worldwide brethren, the day has come. In the morning, Big Daddy and his ol lady are headed out on a 12 hour road trip to retrieve a 1960 El Camino and a 1950 Chevy truck cab. I'm loading the truck up with everything I think I might need. I've got hand tools, floor jack, sledge hammer, 20lb slide hammer because he told me one of the drums is stuck to the pads, map gas torch, wheels and tires, lug nuts, ratchet straps, zip ties, 4 way lug wrench. Am I forgetting anything?
yeah-you are forgetting drums have shoes
"Am I forgetting anything?" - Well, there is the kitchen sink.
Critic in every crowd huh? Thanks for the education
Excited to see pics of it on your trailer! Safe travels.
Sounds like a fun road trip. Safe travels and you know we expect pics.
Don't forget to bring the money! LOL!!!
Ol lady? She looked kinda young when i met her this summer good luck, have fun brotha!
Any chance of using a chain and dragging that thing up and down the street to break the drum free?
