A few weeks ago afreind called me and said "turn on speed channel". I swtiched over to some big time auction and saw a28-29 sedan hot rod go for something like $47000. Was there something differant or super about that car. Any one know more?
If it was pro built it does not take long to spend that much or more, there was a 1950 ish Dodge pickup advertised in the local BARGAIN NEWS that was a Boyd C build thar had over 50K in it. I like those trucks but 50K in a 1950 dodge? Jim
I know which one he's talking about. It's the one Jesse Jame's and monster garage built on the east coast. It's the episode that had that dick of a builder that barked orders and faked a heart attack. I thought it sold high too....i mean i know it was built by professionals but you could replicate that car for cheaper.
