Bias ply wide white tires for 8.5 inch wheel?

Anyone know if anyone makes a bias ply wide white tire for a 8.5 inch wide 15 in rim? know someone looking that isnt on the Hamb. Any help would be great. Thanks Brian

 

I'm also interested.........how about a 8 inch rim........pictures please.

 

My wife has 8.20x15 Firestone wide whites on 8" rims on her 33 coupe. They have 4 1/4" whitewalls. Don't think the extra 1/2" would pose a problem.

The biggest bias plies you can get are going to be 8.20 or 8.90 X 15. I'm not aware of anything bigger back when they were the norm . (Cadillac, Buick Roadmaster, Chrysler etc plus hearses & ambulances). i don't think any of them had even 8" wheels but, regardless, you need the biggest you can get.
