That car is sweet. It looks like it has double gun sights on the fenders.

  5. '58 Century; pretty damned nice!

Wheels and tires are a matter of taste, who knows, maybe he has a set of wide whites and sombreros at home that switches to when the mood strikes.

That is one beautiful buick! Thanks for sharing that.

  7. Seriously, rolling stock aside, thank you for sharing, my Dad who almost 50 years ago got me into Hot Rodding was all Buick, and he is looking down and say's thank you too.

  8. A relative has a 58 Buick - don't know the model, but they only made 700 of them or so (convertible). It isn't restored as of yet - would love to own it . . . maybe I'll horse trade him for something some day!

Needs skirts and wire wheels, IMHO

  12. Wheels are easy to change. You could probably sell those saucers and make enough to put some respectable wheels on it.

I imagine that's what Elvis would have looked like if he had worn ballet slippers.

  14. I had a '58 roadmaster in highschool. I only wish I could have had that rolling stock. Sure its not trad but it looks right on that particular car.

  15. Very nice, now that's a CRUZZZZ'R!

Gorgeous automobile, but those wheels ruin it so badly.

Been trying to buy a 58 2 door post car for over 10 years from a guy...still trying...maybe some day I can drag it out of his field...should be 99% rust by now.
