  4. Thank you sir, this one holds a special place with me. It taught me a lot. Hope if can go to someone who will enjoy it as much as I have. Things are brewing up in the shop and the next stage and racecar must be built!

He has an AWESOME YouTube channel that always has great content as well as very good description as to what and why he's doing something. Almost 100% on track with the HAMB and a weekly go to for me.

Not that quality, but the best I could do with my ability and budget.

If you are trying to get more air thru your Louvers turn the panel over and punch it again on the same cut line see attached picture. Our 410 car IMG_3264.jpeg IMG_4859.jpeg IMG_1497.jpeg

  22. Thank you! Means a lot. It was a lot of fun!
From memory it’s an early rolls Royce colour, I’ll dig up the paint code. I did multiple spray outs adding deep black to get the right shade. I didn’t like how a lot of burgundy or maroon colours go really red in the sun light. So it took a little bit of playing with the get the recipe.
  23. Update:
Motor is about to go back in- crank grind, new bearings, new pistons/rings and whole new gasket kit. Pair of water pumps.
I painted the block and heads. Made my own colour up. Something a bit different. I felt ambitious and polished all the louvers to them mask off and paint the hood and sides. Making it look a whole lot better. Once the belly pan is done it should look a lot better.
A scored son very early brass mesh from what was used as security mesh in the Fremantle prison many many moons ago. Formed them each with the bag and hammer and fitted them. Karl made a really nice brass reverse curved panel to replace the aluminum wind deflector I created a while back and man does it look better!! More to come than advertised for sale.

    Hey @jordabennett
Most impressive results, from your more than unique, skill's and technique, on all of the metal that you touch, and fabricate.
The paint and the colors are very well thought out!
