I'm replacing glass, seals and channel in my 57 Ranchero (everything). Does anyone have a good way of bending the 90 degree where it goes from the top of the glass down the B pilar
so it doesn't look like a 2 yr old did it?
    Thanks, Ron:eek:

Simple, before you start bending on your new channels cut off the ends of the little chrome bead on both sides with a cutoff wheel. They alwasy come new with the chrom ebead cut off with sidecuts or something. you want to cut off the crimped end. This will let the chrome bead move on the channel when you bend it. It keeps it from kinking in the corner. I always have the glass out when I do these so I bend my new channels aroung the glass using it as a form. This will give you perfect corners.
