    hi having trouble getting the shifter to work. using model a motor and trany in rear . close up pitchers of what you did would really help me tks rick

  7. oldskool 23t, just add new posts to your existing thread- that will bump it up to the top so folks can communicate with you and you won't have to be chasing a bunch of threads to find your info. Build looks great, by the way!

    hi im putting the motor trany axels etc in the belly tank , making it a driver , next is the left over model a parts next years build tks rick

    I absolutely love this build! I’m collecting parts to build one as well. I’ve been wanting one since I was a little kid. I like the way you mounted the brake rod and the two bell cranks for the mechanical brakes. What steering box are you using and is it a cross steer set up?

    How did you go about splitting the seam of your tank to separate the halves? Did you just cut the original flange off and replace it?
