The Rod Kings will be hosting a meet and greet for all HAMB'ers. Lets meet at around 12:30 by the stage inside the bar. Look for the HAMB banner. This is a great show that gets bigger and better every year. http://www.beatersville.com/
coolstuff..... I guess I need to bring some extra cash. You always have a great selection of hard to find DVDs.
Took the day off to dial in the alignment on my car and tidy up a few other misc items on it for the trip. Getting to work after I finish my first pot of coffee.
You know me Tim.... Hot Rods 24 hours a day. Its a sickness! What time are you planning on getting into Louisville? We are caravanning out of the Lexington area around 6:30am. Hoping to get there early for a good spot.
Going up Saturday and spending the night on the Bardstown Rd. strip.......great place to cruise if you get the chance. Hot Rod Bob is right....if it gets much bigger they may have to do something.......
Hoping to leave early here too but will probably get a late start cause we'll have to drop our kids off at the sitter's for the day. Looks like I'll be parking out in the street cause it will fill up fast
I'm stoked! I can't wait for this, especially with the meet and greeet. I was thinking about riding my scoot down, but I've been doing so much with my car lately I think bringing it down will be as much fun. See you guys in a couple of weeks!
Aw come on, I figured you guys would love'em. They even spin when you stop I've been working on a new family hauler, one I can actually drive and not freak out if there is rain forecast the next wk or what ever. It's a 40 Ford Sedan Deluxe (the one in my avatar). What are you bringin?
I have some family business to tend to on that day, maybe next year. Maybe next year I will have money to finish the coupe?

BTT. A group of us will be pulling out of the rest area near Midway on I-64 caravanning up to the show. We will be leaving out at 8:00 am if anybody wants to join in.
so does everyone stick around til the very end? or do people start filing out around 5pm? I am hoping to capture some video footage for 2010 to put on a future segment of Vintage Torque. People wanna see and hear these cars rolling down the road and this is what I hope to capture at Beatersville.
They start filing out then (somewhat) Some stay to see who Miss Beatersville is.....that is a good idea you have there....
