I paid claims for UPS in the 60's the biggest reason a package is lost is due to improperly addressing enough places on the package especially a large one that is handled by lift trucks the lable falls off

I bought some tires from Discount Tire Direct a few years ago, two at a time. Both times, UPS delivered them to my next door neighbor. My 911 street address is 15156, his is 15145, not even a dyslexic monkey could confuse those numbers. That was the only time I had a problem with UPS. FedEx uses a lot of contractors, have had several screwed up shipments with them.
Last two tires I bought last year UPS put in my carport. Guess they got rid of the idiot that had that route a few years back.
