What a great selection of cars! Its nice to see the pics with them all parked with room between them...not all crammed into a parking lot...

    Thanks!

It was a wonderful day. A little cold but so what. Many thanks to you and everyone else involved. The cars were outstanding, and the preferred parking had some cool stuff too. Another part of what makes this town such a great place to live.

There was 115 cars at the show. We don't cap it really... We are just really picky about what we do register.

I can't imagine the show will ever be bigger than a 150 cars or so. It will certainly never be a "big" car show. That's not what this deal is about.

I know that's not the plan , but.........just look at the amount of good cars in the Rodders Journal. I hope you are right. I have one I am planning that I would love to get in this show, but it is still a while out.

Good things don't stay a secret for long................

bombed down from Minnesota in a rental with friends from Sodak ... (put on 2,700 miles since last Thursday ... ) happy to have been included in their plans. What an incredible day. Perfect venue, amazing gathering of cars, cool people ... great music. What more could you ask for?

A huge thanks for all involved in putting this thing together!

Nope. I stick to my plans. It's a small car show. Not a big one.

That's just about a perfect number to really appreciate all the cars that were there. Any more and you might have to breeze by a couple to see the one you want. I trust it's in good hands and by the time I get there it'll still have that same feel.

Maybe next year? Maybe? I hope so.

Really nice show. It just wouldn't make sense to make it any bigger.

One more for the thank you list... The hottie selling hot chocolate down on the end! I wouldn't have made it without her.

So Ryan, Any plans to make Mabry a permanent home? It sure seems to fit the bill.

  23. I had the pleasure of talking to him and his family, super people. He's 85 and looks and acts 65! He showed a photo taken back in '47 when he was building the car. He's the real deal and hot rodded back when you wanted something other than stock you had to build by hand.

  24. A bit of sun would have made the pictures different but, I think this was just perfect for the cars on display. Sure set a mood, as did last years event, that seems spot on.

Shame it was colder than you would expect in the area but at least no rain or snow. Top cars in the pictures I have seen.

    Well done.

Thanks Ryan and to all involved! It was good to meet you and wish I could have spent a little more time chatting with ya!

I know it's not easy to put on a show like this and I just want to thank you again for making my first trip to Austin one to remember for a lifetime!

Hats off to you, all the crew, Austin Speed Shop, and all the other guys and gals that brought cars out. Best show of my entire life and like most of use I've been to a BUNCH of shows! Thanks again!!!
