Man FB, nice work. Keep this up for us please. I'll keep an eye out for you if I can manage to ever hit a show this year. Maybe at the next Sparky's of RJ's if nothing else. I didn't realize they were still happening. Sad to see all of what I am missing, but glad to still catch some sweet shots like these.

  11. Fantastic photos. You just convinced me to sell all of my old 35mm and go medium format. I shoot mostly digital but will never give up film.

    Some people take snap's ..
Others take the time to shoot photographs ..
You my good sir, create art with the aid of your surroundings and share it with others.

Such a visual delight! Thank you for reminding all the megapixel jockeys out there that not just the cars were better back then.
    The MG shot is stunning.

First friday takes place in Oakland, on Telegraph. It is a gathering of the artsy farsty community (read: hipsters, and artists along that line). It happens on the first friday of the month. The Royal Jokers have a ever growing car gathering at the burger joint a few blocks down telegraph. Super chill and very cool.

Sparkys takes place at Sparky's burgers (also in oakland but up the hill away). Jive-Bomber puts it on usually around the 3rd friday of the month. Very tasty burgers.
